I have a security guard that works for me, he, while working in a parking lot, directed a woman into a handicap parking spot, she rolled down the window and screamed at him that she wasn't handicapped. He said, "sorry, I saw your obama 2012 bumper sticker and figured you were insane." She reported him, I gave him a hundred dollar bonus and dinner for him and his family at a very, very nice restaurant. He is also on the short list for a promotion and a raise at the very earliest time he qualifies.
