Don't know much about Brazil, do you? Much of the population is of European descent, meaning WHITE, not 'brown' as you said. Some may be from the Mediterranean areas, like Italy, Spain and Portugal, but they'd still be consdered Caucasian. The people who are the descendants of the indigenous peoples, the various 'Indian' tribes, are more brown, but the vast majority of Brazilians are what most would consider 'white', even though there has been inter-marrying for the past 3 centuries.
But they ARE different from Americans, so some folks are just not gonna like them. Too bad, really, because Brazilian immigrants to this country tend to be very hard workers. I know this, because our d-i-l is an immigrant, coming with her family to America 25 years ago. Her father, his three brothers, and his sister are ALL business owners, so they work dang hard, and believe me, they appreciate America, because they know that here, unlike the town from which they came in Minas Gerais, there is justice, and, if you work hard, you can make something of yourself.

And growing more so....given how non whites procreate
