I looked at the lyrics for the song that was mentioned. Just about every other word was either the n-word or some variant of the f-bomb.
They put those out in 2012...before they learned the Zimmerman was a “white hispanic”.
I assume Zimmerman can sue them. If he waits until they sell a lot of them, he should then be able to sue them for all the money they get for the shirts, plus damages, for using his picture without permission to sell a product.
I don’t think that will be a hard case to win.
