A judge was just on with Laura Ingraham who said that when the police initially picked up the key witness in the Trayvon case, she was picked up by the police. In the police car, was Trayvon's mother and also their lawyer!!!!! And then they take her to Trayvon's mothers house for the 1st interview. The judge (Alex, not sure of his last name) said he had never seen nor heard of anything like this. He said this taints the prosecutions case.
Simply criminal IMO.
First time that I had seen and heard any of the witnesses. “Mora” really played her femine wiles in Court. I’m not sure any of the men could keep their eyes off of her. Definately looks good as a blond and has the voluptuous figure the Cuban/Spanish ladies are known for. She probably getting date lined up already. Her dress was nice and accenuated her figure. Are she and her friend Mary, um, lesbians?

I think this creepy ass cracker comment is probably what started the media refering to Zimmerman as a white man.
yeah, it cracks me up. we live in a country where a person who is 1/32 Cherokee can claim minority status, but a guy who is half jewish, half latino is labeled white.
its funny, years ago, Geraldo rivera, who is also half jewish half latino, was in a spat with some white supremacists. he made it a point to say he wasn’t white.

Defense should move for an immediate mistrial.
While I personally don't disagree, there are two things that will likely stop that from ever happening:
1. Prosecutorial Misconduct is highly subjective. It depends on the presiding Judge who uses his own judgement to determine it.
2. (Repeating what I'm hearing here...) If I were the Defense, I'd look at just how badly the Prosecution is doing in this case, and the fact that the Defense has literally shredded the state's star witness in the case and decide to carry on with the case.
If the jury appears in any way sympathetic to Zimmerman at this point, carry on may indeed be the best option.

I hate to think that way, but that thought crossed my mind too.
The police did an adequate investigation the night of the killing. They quickly interviewed what witnesses they could find, before there was any realistic possibility of collusion (such as that of the Scheme Team) amongst the residents of the community to try to coordinate their stories to protect their neighbor - and leader of the Neighborhood Watch whose efforts at reducing their insecurity they had reason to appreciate - George Zimmerman.Having done so, and having intensively interviewed a fully cooperative (in a way that no defense lawyer would be likely ever to recommend) George Zimmerman, the police did what the law required, and released Zimmerman in the knowledge that there was no likelihood of his ever being convicted of murder or manslaughter in the case.

There are always inconsistencies in the testimony of witnesses, and Zimmerman’s account may be imperfect in some respects. But the prosecution cannot so much as make up a scenario which matches the facts as well Zimmerman’s, let alone prove it beyond a reasonable doubt that the reality of Zimmerman’s actions reflected sufficient mens rea to justify a murder conviction. The physical markings on Zimmerman, and the almost complete lack - other than the fatal gunshot wound itself - of such markings on Martin, admit of no such scenario.But the trial goes forward, because it is not about what was done to or by George Zimmerman. It is about the race card.

So if Trayvon Martin’s father was present during the deposition, his background in the Klan with a tan organization, the NOI, should be aired. Maybe his racism inspired St. Skittles to attack that uppity cracker.
