Realistically, considering damage to JJ and Jr’s cars by Hambone’s flat, Flippper and Dinger gettin caught during green flag pits by yellows and JJ’s spin, I had a decent week...299.

I’m happy to maybe get 250 .. Dillon looked good,, that ramblin’ t’ar liner definitely messed things up,, that and Kurt Busch ‘accidentally’ taking out Keselowski.. altho Kes did appear to be moving down too when stuff happened.. not saying it ain’t legall, but at 190 mph, things get kind of blurry.. and bumpy..

72 degrees? gimmie a break. Bend will be pushing 100 the next two days but at least we cool off at night. My thoughts go to those in the 115+ temps. Couldn’t live w/o air conditioning.
On a serious note Drudge has a headline up that 19 elite firefighters were killed in Arizona when a blaze blew up / out of control.
I saw that story and that is a huge number to lose in one day. Those big fires create their own wind and they are very erratic and change directions on a dime.
We are multiple fan family. 95 and rising in my man cave.. uhh backyard abode..

With this heat wave “out there” starts when you open the door. Hit 100 here today w/30% humidity. We normally have 18% humidity during the summer so it’s very muggy to us dry desert folks. Supposed to go back to highs in the 80’s by weeks end. The sooner the better.
