What infuriates me is they were allowed to spew their racist drivel in the same courtroom the trial will be held. Allowing it to happen in the courtroom will give their unsubstantiated money driven version of events a seeming stamp of official endorsement in the minds of the low information minority voters watching this.

The court of public opinion is the only place they have any power. They are doing all they can. It matters not in a court of law, however.

The risk is that the frenzy into which they are whipping their racist followers will almost certainly explode when Zimmerman walks. If I lived anywhere near where this happened or any city with a large contingent of these folks I’d be armed to the teeth.

This sort of thing is one of the reasons I moved to Rural KY from Seattle. I expected it to get worse and I do now more than ever.

I haven’t paid close attention and just now trying to catch up on the case. Did the shooting occur while the men were standing or on the ground?

I haven’t heard Zimmerman’s take on how the shooting happened, but I’ve heard self defense, and Zimmerman did have these head injuries.

Did Martin have any injuries other than the gunshot wound?

Did Zimmerman have blood under his fingernails?

I did hear the report that said Zimmerman didn’t have injuries to his hands, which I thought, well, Martin possibly knew some moves and got Zimmerman onto the ground pretty quickly.

I’ve wondered if a possible scenario could be that, while Martin was bashing Zimmerman’s head, Zimmerman was trying to get his gun...and that the recording was Zimmerman, begging for Martin to stop pounding his head into the concrete.

It happened fast, but once Zimmerman had his gun, and Martin didn’t stop bashing, fearing for his own life, Zimmerman pulled the trigger.

No matter that TM was a MMA practitioner, the parents were divorced, used to bounce TM back and forth , and that the guy was dead for a few days before they even acknowledged it (IIRC).

While the Blessèd Parental Units of the martyred St. Trayvon are making these public appearances at the court house, a good marketing man would think they would at least showcase St. Trayvon Memorabilia items, e.g., the St. Trayvon Hoodie. Maybe introduce the new logo, which I would be happy to unveil if some cybernaut would issue me clear instruction on how one posts a photo on FR.

But no. As soon as they are "off-stage" they tell me that their cut of the sales proceeds are altogether too niggardly and that unless we up the ante, we're on our own!

Seeing stuff like this reminds me of an interview I saw a number of years ago (I saw part of it,at least).It was Ted Bundy's mother being interviewed a week or so before his scheduled execution...the day,as it happens,when he was,in fact,put down.In the portion that I saw she droned on and on about what a good boy he was....yada,yada,yada.

It made me wanna vomit.
