I wonder how many days you have to not feed a cat to focus its concentration on treats that much?

If you use the right treats the cat need not be hungry.

Less than one. Food is the most important thing in the world to cats. Starving them is not necessary for this performance.

I forgot to mention that treats rank ahead of food in their priorities. Even if they have just eaten regular food, they will perform for treats. They don’t have to be hungry.
