My main beef with Roma is that it’s determinate. It ripens all at once and then it’s done. With my health issues, indeterminates are a better match. I can process them a little at a time as they ripen, and if I’m out of action for the wrong week I won’t lose my harvest window.

Besides, I like being unique :p

Well, I understand that, I also like indeterminates. I guess you could just plant Romas at 2 week intervals to keep a continuous harvest and also make sure that the whole crop doesn’t get wasted if you are unable to process them.

Maybe someone else knows of a good paste tomato that is indeterminent. I am not aware of any.
