Legendary Motorhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister may seem like an immortal figure, namely God, but the musician recently went through an operation for serious heart issues. We hate to burst your bubble, but Lemmy is simply a man — a man who now has a defibrillator embedded into his chest.

It's a shame to hear it, but good to know he's protected in a way. Losing him would be like losing Ronnie James Dio. Both are legendary.

I saw DIO open for aerosmith in 1983 and DIO BLEW THEM OFF THE STAGE, aerosmith SUCKED that night because they were so high they couldn’t play and halfway thru their set the crowd was chanting for DIO to come back.
