I’m going to see it tomorrow. I have two friends who’ve already seen it and they gave it very good marks.

It seems that most of the critics who have panned it wanted it to be more like Richard Donner’s “Superman.” Well, that was a very good film. But it has already been done, and “Superman Returns” showed us what happens when you try to make it again.

A guy I work with saw this movie and gave it a hearty thumbs up. I might just have to go see it.

I've seen several repetitive gripes..."it wasn't fun","it reminded me of 9/11", "the Christian imagery was over the top", yada, yada, yada.

I'm sure the line from Superman "I was raised in Kansas, general...I'm as AMERICAN as it gets" didn't help, either. Other critics hate the parties in the movie.

Fans seem to love it, and the box office will be the BOTTOM line; whiny navel-gazing critics notwithstanding.
