African population will rise then fall dramatically when the next killer STD comes along and wipes out 1/2 the population before a cure can be found.
There’s no changing the nature of some races and societies. Their propensities will be their demise.
The African population would be half it's size (if not smaller) if Western nations did not prop up Africa with medicine and aid. But for that medicine diseases in Africa would have eliminated a larger percentage of the population as they had before the introduction of Western medicine; and but for Western aid and food more Africans would have died of starvation. People may think it's great that more Africans now survive, but that also means less resources per capita for Africans and far more Africans being born into dire poverty.
