The so-called "lower crime rates" there are due to cooking the numbers. Both Austin and Portland are third-world cesspools due to the abundance of DemonRATS and liberals. They're both Obama's kind of towns. Austin is a blight on Texas. The real Texas is in the far-flung suburbs and rural areas.
