The tender moment a groom reassures his nervous wife-to-be in prayer - without catching a glimpse of her wedding dress.
Weddings prove stressful for many couples, with the honeymoon offering a much welcome escape.
But one candid shot of a bride and groom shows how they successfully managed to steal a moment of peace amidst the fray of their big day.
The groom is seen sitting around the corner to uphold the tradition of not seeing the bride in her bridal gown.
Mrs Curtas, 23, told the Daily News that she was frantically fussing over her hair and make-up in her dressing room when her future husband called her out.
At first, she didn't want to go because she still had so much to do but her mother-in-law convinced her to take time out.
The blonde said she went to meet her partner and sat hidden on the other side of the doorway before nervously saying: 'Hi sweetie! Were getting married today!'
Mr Curtas, 24, who is a marine and a salesman for a hardware business, responded: 'I know, baby, and I want to pray with you before we do.'

There is hope.
Nice story. They’ll probably be married “till death us do part”.
God bless this couple and their marriage.
That’s just beautiful. Fine looking couple.
Yes.
They’re starting off right, with prayer. Blessings to them on their happy day and as they start life together.
P.S. I have a picture of my daughter and her now-husband on either side of a door prior to their marriage. They weren’t praying at that time, but they both are people of prayer.
For Obama, they’re just not same-sex enough
USMC has the best damn uniforms.
WHY are we having to hear about this from an overseas news source? Are OUR American heroes NOT newsworthy enuff for our Lame Stream Media anymore?
It both saddens and sickens me! :(
