I’m so dense I thought “ “Reggin Toggaf” was some raghead in the frat house. It honestly sounds like that kind of name.
It is very hard to tell what happened from the article. They found a couple of nonPC words written backwards and apparently knee jerkly think they do need to inform us more.
It appears to me:
1. Some other frat had these supplies delivered to the frat in question, Phi Delta Theta was who the prank was played on.
2. Thus if anyone should be insulted by the name calling written backwards it would be the addressees.
3. Next the question is did the pranksters have to pay for the mailers. If so, then the postman has to deliver them, that is his job and his company is losing money. So he should be happy to have the business.
4. If the mailers were free, then perhaps a fraud was committed but again that was by the pranksters not the frat, Phi Delta Theta, that received the mailer.
