This may be the leaker’s request, but it is the dumbest approach I can imagine. The leaker expects Boner to give him the floor so he can indict Boner and the entire Hill in a plot to betray the American public. How does Beck and the leaker even expect to gain entry to the Capital? It doesn't sound like a workable plan to me. Maybe that's the plan. When access is denied the story goes away. Remember Beck quoted the leaker as saying the “only” way he would do it would be before Congress in front of klieg lights and cameras.>
