The recruitment drive to join the Ku Klux Klan in Covington, Ga., is in full swing again as residents are being urged to join the brotherhood of White supremacists via fliers dropped outside their homes, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The “Save Our Race” fliers were placed in to clear plastic sandwich bags with a rock and distributed throughout the Laurel Ridge subdivision. According to one of the complex’s residents, who chose to remain anonymous, though, most of her neighbors threw the racist announcement away. “I think they are just trying to [stir] up the little bit of racism that some people are still feeling,” the unnamed source said.
The KKK Grand Wizard Chris Barker told a Channel 2 news reporter that the fliers are invites since this is the Klan’s open season.

The racist radical group also attempted to recruit members in Covington, which is about 35 miles from Atlanta, back in January. At the time, the fliers included a drawing of a robed Klansman standing in front of a tree with writing that said, “Join the KKK — Loyal White Knights.”
The notices were reportedly tossed again, with many of the flyer recipients telling news reporters at the time that the recruitment efforts of the KKK was a bust; the KKK’s efforts to cause division actually had the opposite effect and brought the diverse town closer together as a people. Still, Barker told CBS Atlanta, “[This is] a recruitment drive to let the neighborhood know the Klan is there and the Klan isn’t going anywhere. We told our members to go out and pretty much counteract Martin Luther King’s birthday, who was a known communist — and we decided to put out Klan literature.”
Meanwhile, police are well aware of the KKK’s recruitment efforts, and according to them, as long as no laws are broken, they are free to populate the town with their propaganda.
I can’t believe these clowns are still around.
If somebody handed me something like that I’d feel that it was my duty to inform them that I’ve recently discovered that my great grandfather was a Polish Jew. I’d then ask if he would like to donate to build a new synagogue in granddad’s honor.

There was a lawsuit several years ago locally, with a “progressive” organization found to have been inserting purported klan literature into the local free conservative newsweekly and tossing them into peoples’ yards. Said newsweekly did not provide home delivery. The conservative newsweekly won, the klan was nowhere in sight and never was, as far as this little propaganda exercise was concerned.
Something similar may very well be the case in Covington, GA. All is seldom as it seems when the white-hooded bogeymen get trotted out. Ask yourself who benefits.

My first thought was where is Robert “KKK” Byrd when they need him.

Even on FR there are plenty who believe that Jew Karl Marx (who was actually born and raised Lutheran) invented socialism.
What Abolitionists believed about anything other than slavery disappears down a memory hole. Robert Owen and New Harmony, Indiana, never existed, nor did US Congressman Robert Dale Owen and Spiritualism.

Somehow, their cunning plan of recruiting in an almost-all-black Leftist city didn’t pan out too well...
the only way any pro-white group is going to get anyone worth having is nethat has nothing to do with the kkk, or succeeding based on hating other races simpky because they’re not white.
ie hate is not going to be the core of any worthwhile pro-white group. and you can be for self-defense and 2a without being for violence towards other races.
