Certainly forget about the Birth Certificate, that's an issue that will go no where and will just help the opposition to trivialize the real crimes and the people investigating them.
As for Benghazi, it's an embarrassment to the administration and showcases the ineptness of the administration and keeps it in the 'Court of Public Opinion'. So I guess for counter propaganda yea, keep it forward. Just don't call it an impeachable or traitorous event because again, it trivializes the real issues.

Like it or not, that is how you ‘get’ the criminals. The FBI had to overlook/”forget about” what we consider the major crimes (murder, prostitution, gambling, etc) to get Capone on tax evasion.
