A novel way to try to boost ratings...perhaps it will start trending.
Better yet, the anchors should actually succeed in an on camera attempt.
Lauer said the man had said he didnt want to harm others, just himself.
________
Praying for this poor man.
Noting that he didn’t want to take other lives, only his own.
He needs help.
11 years ago someone tried to moon the crowd. and about 6 someone held a middle finger in the back ground. Then a few months ago a Guy was making faces outside unable to hear the conversation inside the today studio. So there have been wild incidents before. I am sure it in book material. Show has had its issues in recent years aside from wackos. You’ll note Fox and Friends on Fox News left the set and studio where you could see crowds outside through the windows in 2008. Sadly a afternoon show with Julie Banderas that used the couch set quickly faded. I forget if it was just weekends or weekdays.
Ditto!
My thought exactly.
NBC? I guess he wanted some privacy or else he would have been outside the Fox News studio.
Al Roker — they wouldn’t let him back in the studio.
“a man out there attempted to harm himself with a knife.”
Not the easiest way to do ones self in. Methinks it was a cry for help.
Lauer’s makeup man — couldn’t keep the shine off his dome.
I’ve always held complete contempt for anyone who would stand out there and make themselves unwitting accomplices in such utter trash. Burn your television.
Matt Lauer just has that effect on people.
And yet, the mindless drones flock to the area daily for their one shot of having their face on national tv. Then they can tweet all their friends and post their 3 seconds of fame on their facebook page. Right next to them telling you what a great dump they took this a.m. Didiots.
Morning Joe has the same effect on me.
Just a preview of next season’s new NBC reality show, “The Suicide”.
In this show, three emotionally unstable celebrities judge the person with the most creative and spectacular suicide attempt.
Stay tuned for the final round. And I mean final!
Simple puking might have been more symbolic.
Not the easiest way to do ones self in. Methinks it was a cry for help.
_______
Me, too.
I hope he has people in his life who care enough about him to help him through this.
On Drudge it says the man said the IRS ruined his life.
