The Philadelphia Medical Examiners office has denied a request from a leading pro-life Catholic priest who wanted to ensure the babies abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell killed in infanticides are given a proper burial.
In April, Father Frank Pavone, the director of Priests for Life, asked officials in the Kermit Gosnell murder trial case if he can have the bodies of the babies after the all of the court proceedings are finished. He wants a proper burial of the remains of 45 babies killed by the abortion practitioner and his abortion clinic staff.
These are not just medical waste. These are human bodies real human being were killed, Pavone said. There are two reasons here: One, to properly honor these children of course who have been dishonored by what Gosnell did. And secondly, to alert the public and to raise the consciousness that we are talking about real killings here.
Pavone said the medical examiner said he would get back to him about the request.
That has now happened, according to Bryan Kemper of Priests for Lifes youth ministry Stand true.
We just found out that the Philadelphia Medical Examiners office denied Father Frank Pavones request to bury the bodies of the 45 babies that were found in Gosnells clinic when it was raided in 2010, Kemper said.
The pro-life group is responding to the decision with a Twitter blast on Friday.
On Friday, June 7th, demand a funeral for the Gosnell babies by spreading the word about this on Twitter and other social media with the hashtag #GosnellBabies, Kemper said.
Similar occurrence in my life - be 12 years ago this July that Tsubasa Daniel passed from the mouth of the lions on the wings of an angel. In our case the state we were in, WI, required proper action beyond a certain gestation time so I only had to make the appropriate arragements.
Prayers to you and yours.
America hasn’t been the country you knew for quite some time. How we allowed the murder by starvation and dehydration of Terri Schiavo is beyond my comprehension. Simply barbaric.
Thank God for Father Pavone. though. He has been fighting the good fight!
THANK YOU!!!
