I was going to rent and/or buy a power washer this spring. Instead I hired 2 guys for $150.00. It took them 6 hours to power wash my 1,800sf house, the porch and decks. It would have taken me six weeks.
I just need the upper deck done - it is just black with crap on it. It needs to be sealed but I don't think son will be here long enough to do that in June. He will be back again in September so maybe with all that, he could manage to seal it in September.
So many things to do, so little time.
