It looks like the Fanner 50 used roll caps? Mine didn’t. I had to “unload” it, and stick a round cap on the end of each “bullet.” You got 6 shots before you had to reload.

The Fanner 50 used these.....#633 MATTEL GREENIE STIK-M-CAPS Copyright 1958--first year available 1959 Mattel's Greenie Stik-M-Caps were originally used in toy western cap guns from the late 50's through the 60's.
