CRAWFORD Former President George W. Bush needed little help to blaze a trail Friday for 14 veterans mountain biking with him through open prairies, slick ravines and steep canyons.
Thats because he brought the third annual Warrior 100K Ride a three-day mountain biking trek to honor service members injured in Afghanistan and Iraq to the well-worn paths at his Prairie Chapel Ranch outside of Waco.
But even as Bush welcomed the wounded warriors to his home to thank them for their service, he made clear that his mission to help veterans extends well beyond the trails that snake through his 1,500-acre slice of heaven.
You can do more than just ride mountain bikes with veterans, said Bush, who still owns the ranch but lives mostly in Dallas. You can help a veteran find a job. You can help a veteran whos homeless. You can feed a veteran. You can love a veteran.

simple.
Make no mistake...Algore and Kerry would'v both tried to implement what Barack Hussein Obama (mmm mmm mmm) did his first two years in orifice. Algore and Lurch were both ugly white men who wanted to turn our country into a Socialist craphole....B. Hussein is a pretty half-black man who HAS turned our country into a bunghole that his alleged "daddy" barry Obama Sr. came from...(note: I think his real baby-daddy was Frank Marshall Davis).
I still remember how refreshing it was to see Clinton disappear from the news and Bush take his place.
I miss the "Sanity Island" threads Kaslin used to post.
Totally agree.
Agree with all above comments! He’s a good person and I miss him a whole lot.
Thanks for the pics! I dont post threads often and need to learn how to do pictures. I know it’s simple, just haven’t done it yet.(Was so late when I posted last night I didn’t even want to take time to look up instructions.)
Anyway - those are nice pictures - thank you!
