I wanted to follow up with news on my friend’s sister in Moore. SHE IS FINE! It turned out that she is a 60’s something woman, living alone, and not required to check in with anyone. I can understand that! I could see myself being guilty of that. At any rate, she was actually on vacation and missed all of it. I have not heard if her house was in the path or not, but SHE is OK! Glory to God!
Regarding your post 129, greeneyes, LOL! Well, AR is one of our good examples here. I’m just trying to learn some basic skills, and AR has already mastered those.
I had never thought I would enjoy this as much as I am now. A number of years ago I had thought I would like to try gardening, but found it very difficult to do. It could be that the extra 90-100 pounds extra I was carrying at the time might have had something to do with it. the least little action was so hard. So I gave it up.
Several years ago by God’s grace, I was able to shed those pounds and I have my life back. Now, instead of every gardening movement taking away my breath and hurting my back, I find it a challenge and part of the activity that I can see will fit nicely into my healthy lifestyle program.
