Do people from various cultures around the world prefer different foods or do they not?

“Fried Chicken” is not “racist”. It’s recognizing a cultural preference.

The difference between associating a Russian with cabbage soup, a Frenchman with snails or an African-American with fried chicken, is that the latter is ‘racist’.

Lordy, Chicken fried in lard. Oh, for my lost Southern youth and Granny’s cooking.

Jeez,if anyone goes through any American inner city you'll see all kinds of fried chicken franchises. Popeyes, Church's, Bojangles, KFC, you name it.

Are these franchisees racists? Or are they selling a product that the local residents happen to enjoy?

BTW, I've never seen a Church's chicken in a predominantly white neighborhood.

Not sure why. I think it's very good chicken.
