WHY was security decreased in the months leading up to the attack?

I think it's pretty obvious there was something going on there that they didn't want anyone to know about. The less people there the less chance someone would find out about.

This is the same reason they didn't want to send anyone in there to rescue - the rescuers might see or learn about something the Regime wanted very much to remain secret.

There was something going on in Benghazi that was so embarrassing they were willing to let an ambassador die and willing to lie about it later to keep America from knowing what it was.

If we can find out what it is it will probably ruin both Obama and Clinton.
