I was thinking about this fat epidemic just the other day. I remember 20 and 30+ years ago; there simply weren't grossly fat people everywhere I looked. Of course, there was always a fat person every now and then, but not everywhere all the time.

Look around now. Go into a Wal Mart, for example, and take a look around. It seems that at least half the population is grossly FAT these days.

It's even on TV commercials. The characters on TV commercials are 30 or more pounds overweight these days. You just didn't see that kind of thing, just 10 years ago.

We've become a nation of fat dumbasses.

We always notice how obese people are here when we go to Europe and come back. Europe has some thick people we have obese people. I hate A&F, and their CEO likes boys, but our country has a problem. (Hint: it starts with the processed food and then the food stamps/free food to the lazy.)

Yes indeed, and if you’re “average” or “smaller than”...now you’re the oddball. You get “the look” from those with weight issues whenever in their company.

It's lots. Around 50% of the population, who have never and will never work, don't pay income taxes, and get lots of food stamps, or whatever they call it these days...

I'm not about to make excuses for this Jeffries guy; he sounds like a typical nasty, image-obsessed fag. But you're right when you say people are getting fatter.

Big women might not be able to shop at A & F, but I can't imagine they have many problems elsewhere. If you go into a store such as Kohl's and glance through the merchandise, you'll find perhaps one small, one or two mediums, five larges, and a big stack of everything up to XXXXL. I asked a clerk once, "What am I supposed to do if I need a smaller size?" She shrugged and said the large sizes are what they get now....women are getting bigger and bigger. She said, "If you find something you like in a small, you should snatch it up quickly."
