I could care less if someone called me white trash...but a school dedicating a DAY to it is out of line - its mind boggling that they dont see this is totally inappropriate..

Why is it out of line? Its a cutesy theme for the day. My kids’ school has a day where the Kindergarteners dress like old people for the 100th day of school ... sweaters, shawls, walkers, canes, white spray-painted hair. Its fun for the kids.
I’m sure the kids dress up like rednecks and wear straw hats. Sounds like a good time for schoolkid.

I could care less if someone called me white trashCool. You are white trash.
White trash.
White trash.
White trash.
To anybody else reading this - am I insulting FeliciaCat, or is it OK?
Hint: it's not OK. It's a grotesque racial epithet.

(I once saw a movie where only the police and military had guns. It was called 'Schindler's List'.)

A former coworker of mine went to school in Florida where they had ‘Cracker Day’. The white kids were threatened, chased and beaten if caught. From what she said, no authoritative figure ever stepped in to say it was wrong for black kids to bully, harrass and beat white kids.
