The markets aren’t growing by the Fed’s 8% injection each year because the overall wealth in the U.S. is substantially larger than the $15 Trillion size of the markets.

Overall wealth in the US isn’t a factor in the markets. The injection should either prop up stock prices or expand the stock base with new shares of stock being issues.
