I'm not too surprised at Ovechkin's comments though.
He's going to pay the League for those remarks - probably about $50,000.00 or so.
Ottawa's Colin Greening (#14) pokes in a loose puck behind Penguins G Tomas Vokoun
to knot the score at 1-1 in the Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semi-final in Pittsburgh.

Ottawa looked flat. I expect a better effort from them next game. The Crosby line is a disaster zone. The players around him are completely burying any offense he creates. I thought Iginla would be good with him but he looks old and slow there.
That’s just fine with me. I hope the Sens find a way to beat them.
I know my Canucks are beat...but at least i got the biggest LOL of my life when those idiots in the east coast, Toronto got into the sports history books by choking away 3 goals in a sure-fire “win’.
There is nothing better to a western Canadian than having the Leafs and Habs’ getting their asses kicked. Go Kings!

The little I saw of the Kings looked excellent. They just look better defensively to me right now. I’ll be at the Pens game tonight, I’m the one in a blue sweater yelling loudly. I hope Bylsma wasn’t trolling me and really has Kunitz back with Crosby. I expect Ottowa to be better tonight but we’ll see!
Oh, yeah, that narrows it down!
I hope you have fun!
Ottawa G Craig Anderson makes a toe save inches from the goal line early in Game 2
of their 2nd Round series in Pittsburgh. The Pens lead the best-of-7 one game to none.
Pittsburgh G Tomas Vokoun makes his own desperation toe save on a shorthanded breakaway by Ottawa's Colin Greening
as the Sens' forward launches towards the Pens' goal. Pittsburgh leads Game Two in the 2nd Intermission by 4-2,
courtesy of Sidney Crosby's second career NHL Playoff hat-trick.

The Blackhawks celebrate the opening goal by Patrick Kane in Game Two of their 2nd-Round series
vs. the Detroit Red Wings in Chicago. The 'Hawks lead the Best-of-seven Series, 1 game to None.
The Wings took control toward the end of the first period and didn’t let up. This was their best game of the playoffs against the best team in the NHL. Now on to Hockeytown - GO RED WINGS!!!
Impressive win. This series is a coaching battle worthy of a world chess championship. Zetterberg is a beast. Too bad I have to watch on (the liberal Zero-kissing network). Muting all commercials.
A pretty well-played & managed road game by DET today ... Chicago looked listless too for whatever reason, and Crawford didn’t distinguish himself in goal for the Hawks either.
Let’s see if a favorable Round 2 schedule from the Hockey gods can help the Wings net the series lead in Detroit Monday nite — though home ice seems to be more meaningless every year now...
Ditto!
