It’s a little bitter, but blends nicely with other greens.
Well, I have gone from strictly ice berg lettuce to romaine and spinach, and that has taken a while. One step at a time. Not ready for arugula yet.
I have been thinking about dandelions for the next green. They are all over the place without my putting forth any effort.
Been trying to get Hubby to try to make some dandelion wine.LOL
