I don’t understand. So, she was an undocumented resident of the house. Shouldn’t she get to stay in the bathtub until she gets her paperwork in order, and then shouldn’t she be added to the title to the house? Otherwise she is like a slave, a second-class house-inhabitant, without the full rights of all the other house-dwellers.
It isn’t fair that some people get to use a house just because they bought it, paid for it, and have maintained it. Others less fortunate also want nice houses.
Actually, I was thinking we should launch an “Occupy Marco Rubio’s House” party, where we all crash his house and lawn, and take up residence, and ask him to give us non-amnesty.
LOL! Excellent!
Also, the story notes that these people have a doggy-door, but no dog.
Why would ANYBODY who doesn’t actually have an animal NOT solidly secure any “doggy-door” they have, to keep stray animals or midgets from wandering into their house?
I’m not that security-sensitive, but I’m sure I’d have nailed any such doggy-doors shut if I had one.
Well said.
