LOL! My Dad always tells that joke when I (jokingly) tell him he ought to get a boat.
A chief engineer on one of my ships was vacillating about buying a rather large boat but but worried about how long it would take when it came to sell. I told him to buy the boat and put it right back on the market and use it till it sold.
