The Harvard Alumni Association has apologized for an entry in the 50th anniversary report of the class of 1962 in which Ted Kaczynski the domestic terrorist known as the Unabomber, who is serving life in prison for sending deadly mail bombs said his awards included eight life sentences.

omgoodness! how much worse can Ted Kaczynski look? these are Harvard alumni and grads? really? their lack of common sense is stupendous! yes--this does make Harvard look bad... and it makes you--John Higginson--look silly for thinking it makes Kaczynski look bad--but not Harvard... aye, aye, aye...

Sorry, I don’t see any harm in this, in fact I think it’s hilarious. NO I don’t me his crimes, obviously. But that a so-called prestigious joint like Haahvahd would produce a crazy nutjob mass murder, and then be stupid enough to allow his “bio” to be published? I think that’s just wonderful. If he’s the crazy nutjob, what does this make THEM?
It will be interesting to see Cambridge Rindge and Latin’s 50th Anniversary Alumni Book in a half century.
