Friday, April 19, 2013, during a manhunt for a bombing suspect, police and federal agents spent the day storming people's homes and performing illegal searches. While it was unclear initially if the home searches were voluntary, it is now crystal clear that they were absolutely NOT voluntary. Police were filmed ripping people from their homes at gunpoint, marching the residents out with their hands raised in submission, and then storming the homes to perform their illegal searches.
This was part of a larger operation that involved total lockdown of the suburban neighbor to Boston. Roads were barricaded and vehicle traffic was prohibited. A No-Fly Zone was declared over the town. People were "ordered" to stay indoors. Businesses were told not to open. National Guard soldiers helped with the lockdown, and were photographed checking IDs of pedestrians on the streets. All the while, police were performing these disgusting house-to-house searches.

An unknown number. The perps were loaded with explosives, obviously preparing to attack more innocents, until cops took the brunt, including one explosion similar to the marathon bombs. One of those cops took a bullet to the groin and almost bled out. He's still in critical condition last I heard.
And how many citizens did they instill terror into?
If it was THEM who "instilled terror" in the people, it's amazing how all that fear completely went away when the last perp was in custody, and that "terror" turned to cheers for every law enforcement vehicle that came down the street.

That's pretty easy for you to say, being 3000 miles from where those "appliance bombs" were shredding the bodies of almost 200 American citizens.

This is what happens when we live in a Marxist/Islamofascist police state. And when the government sees patriotic citizens as dangerous terrorists who must be disarmed, while they willfully refuse to tighten up the immigration policies or even to enforce existing immigration law. Secure the nation already!! Secure the borders!! Stop trying to disarm law abiding citizens!!
Obama/Biden/Holder/Napolitano, et al, are traitors and all should be impeached and removed!!
I’m not defending the mosque, or government policies concerning mosques or muslims. Personally, I think Islam is more than a religion, it is a dangerous political ideology, one that is utterly incompatible with American self-government and liberty.
I’m defending the police officers and the people of Watertown.
The issue is the militarization of civilian police forces, arguably unlawful breach of private property, reckless discharge of weapons, often killing of domestic dogs, gross lack of accountability, unionization, gun grabbing, etc. While there are many instances of heroism, these recurring qualities are in fact representative of statism — not a Constitutional Republic.
If they have to protect me by sticking a pistol in my face when i have committed no crime, I just as soon not be “protected”.

Nope. If any officer violated the law he should be punished accordingly. Just don’t smear everyone in uniform.
