I find it fascinating that we could potentially have the genetic make up of Jesus of Nazareth.
Unfortunately, the DNA on the Shroud is badly damaged, fragmented. There may be some complete strands somewhere that have not been seen, but none has been found so far that could be capable of being sequenced.
