I think this actually happened a few years ago, but it was a Cessna, not a large traffic liner.
An empty 737 weighs over 30 tonnes (according to one web site, it seems a bit low), enough to blow out the tires on the truck even if (if!) the suspension would hold up.

C'mon guys, what's the forward speed of that jet on touchdown? Normally a jet that big would be coming in at around 150 KIAS, upwards of 160 MPH ground speed. Even if you assume the pilot slowed the craft considerably, there's just no way that a pickup truck could match that speed, especially if it had to accelerate to it coming from a parked position to the side.
Silly. Kinda cool looking, but a one-trick pony, and transparently impossible.

It's all just entertainment (at best), or commercials (at worst).
