The alleged Boston Marathon bomber who hid from authorities for more than 20 hours was captured tonight by police, sending cheers up through the Watertown neighborhood where he was found.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was discovered by a homeowner lying in a boat in the man's backyard around 7 p.m. The man noticed blood on the boat, spotted a body inside the boat and called 911, according to Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis.
According to police, a helicopter with infrared technology then located Tsarnaev in the boat and noted that he was moving about within it. The helicopter directed officers on the ground to the boat, where they briefly exchanged gunfire shortly before 7 p.m.

Last nite, the NBC news specifically mentioned that the first thing they would do, would be to read him his Miranda rights.
How much of this is the media jumping the gun? Was he in the condition to understand his rights when he was taken?
No...the ag said he was being arrested with the exception rule...which I believe is attached to the terrorist laws.

If the police take a suspect in and the suspect is unconscious, do they still read him their rights? I just to see the liberal’s head explode.

I stopped watching tv last nite after I realized that Grimm wasn’t going to be shown. Haven’t had it on yet this morning. That was the last I heard about Miranda

The police will not be questioning him until he is out of surgery and given permission by his doctor.
The question asked of him when taken into custody would be his name, birthday, and where are you shot?

Suspects don’t have to be mirandized when they are arrested. They have to be mirandized before they anything they say is used against them.
