I have two bottles of “medicinal only” whiskey in my collection..Old Mork is the brand I think... ....it was found in a wall in a New York Building remodel...a case of it....

Another doctor told me that 1/2 inch of alcohol (bourbon) was alright for me, every day. I just figured he meant in the bottom of a bathtub.

It’s pretty much the best anesthetic for that kind of work - does not go systemic in therapeutic quantities, and it’s a vasoconstrictor so it helps to control bleeding.
