Weather's been spiking up pretty good here, but it's been good for gardening. We had a horrific windstorm on Monday and thought we were going to lose our tomatoes and squash, but everything came out of it OK. We got a little rain afterwards that was nice, except that I had a little planter of seedlings right under a roof eave and it got drowned. I think most of them will survive, but I was getting ready to thin them out anyway.
Here's some pictures of the garden last week before the storm. It's a lot more bushy than this already, and we got some fruiting going on-- tomatillos, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peas and squash. My marigolds are doing good, and my zinnas are just about to bust out, I think.

hey fid-— do you start everything by seeds planted where they currently are or do you transplant any seedlings later on? I’m so jealous, ehehehe !

Couple of questions... Is that PEX tubing on the dome thingy? Or just PVC?
On the tomatillos.. I don't use them a lot because I don't think of them unless they are in front of me but they make a great green salsa. How are they different from growing tomatoes? If I was growing them, I would use them.

Great photos; thanks for posting.
What gives with the Topsy-Turvy having stuff top & bottom?
Ours (indeterminate tomatoes) had so much root in them from just a single bottom plant, I don’t see how you can do both. Have you done it before?
