“Mines different, it doesnt have teeth, see?”
See, I don’t have teeth down there!
With gums like that who would?
One of my favorite jokes.

The gods must be crazy - badger with incredible tenacity follows the man across the desert after being offended by being stepped on.
The man ends up carrying the badger the last bit because he feels sorry for it.

Here lies a nonbeliever,
That death can come from the teeth of a beaver.

I think some of these ‘softball’ stories are thrown out here to ‘thin the herd’.
There are as many one liners that could arise from this story as there are mods, so the quips must be kept to a minimum lest the innuendos get ‘out of hand’.
I have tangled with some beavers that were so ‘bad’ I wanted to chop my own arm or leg off, the word coyote comes to mind but since on ‘good behavior’, will end this now.

there is no such thing as a bad beaver, dad. only ones that need a little understanding and attention. Lots of attention until they are happy, that is. LOTS.
And still they might be unsatisfied.
Just sayin’

You never know about these things. Some times you can tell how sensitive they are by letting them have a test-tickle.

Was the beaver doing something at the time that it didn’t want that photographed?

It probably had a headache. That’s the usual reason beavers don’t like being bothered any way.
