Uniform list sounds like for a summer camp of a week.
Weekend list would be uniform for travel and change to appropriate gear T-shirt or foul/cold weather gear.
Have to agree with T-Bird45 - if this is uniform for weekend then perhaps a less high dress troop would be more fitting and for that check with Scouting HQ for suggestions.
There are all levels of Troops. Find the one that fits you best. Going from Webelos they have to visit at least 3 Troops to see the difference before choosing.

On the note about my handle, we exchanged FReepmail on the subject back in 2006 so I know about yours being related to the former AF training center, now a school of international business in PHX.
