Good pick-up on the list probably relating to a summer camp list rather than a weekend. I agree about getting it clarified with another source.
On the note about my handle, we exchanged FReepmail on the subject back in 2006 so I know about yours being related to the former AF training center, now a school of international business in PHX. As a reminder, mine is related to the 45th Infantry Division, the Oklahoma National Guard unit with significant WW2 & Korean War history.
