"Rick Grimes ..Odds: 100:1 There's no doubt that the writers will and probably should kill off Rick someday, but the end of Season 3 seems a little premature to us. There are still plenty of ripe story lines from the source material for our hero to deal with, ... And although it's a safe bet that Rick will still be around after the finale, we're open to him suffering a little bit.
Andrea Odds: 7:1 Seriously, she's in The Governor's rape room. Could she be in any more danger? Still, Andrea has a knack for getting herself out of tight spots, so it wouldn't surprise us if she found a way out
Daryl Dixon Odds: 35:1 The show has already killed off Rick's original right-hand man in Shane, so it seems unlikely they'd axe Daryl so soon as well. Plus: They already put Daryl's head on the chopping block in the midseason finale, only to see him come out swinging, so why try again? And if any Dixon brother is going to meet his maker, we put our money on Merle
Glenn Rhee ..Odds: 30:1 Sure, Glenn may relish the chance to pay The Governor back for nearly raping his girlfriend Maggie, but after his initial freak-out it seems like the young marauder has so far been able to keep his emotions in check.
Maggie Greene
..Odds: 25:1 Maggie has been through enough this season! After The Governor nearly raped her, would the Dead writers really kill her off? Maybe. Although the young love between Maggie and Glenn has been a bright spot in this dark season, but should she die, that could presumably be a powerful catalyst to set off Glenn...............

When southern accents are done by Hollyweirds, they invariably mimic Virginians.
IIRC, in a previous episode (S1 or maybe S2), it was revealed that even the survivors carried the virus that turns them. That virus resides in the brain, thus all of the head wounding of zombies by the survivors. As soon as a ‘person’ dies, he/she turns and supposedly continues to exist until something/someone inflicts the fatal head wound.
They all have the virus, they were told that while at the CDC. They just have to die for it to “activate”.
And I think I said Daryl would have to kill Merle in an earlier thread today!
I also picked Harvard to win in the first round!
Looks like I was wrong about the Governor. He looks as healthy as a horse in this episode. He’s not turning. Now the bet is on who does him in.
If they are bitten/scratched by a zombie, they will develop a fever and die like Morgan's wife or like Jim. The only known exception so far is Hershel, whose leg was amputated.
Andrea and Daryl have the most reason to kill him. (I’m assuming that the Governor is in the process of torturing Andrea.)
LOL.......
I think you’re exactly right. Remember he told Andrea he was going to take “Philip’s” other eye? He may do that and more.
I just hope he doesn’t withdraw again, nor harbor any resentment toward Rick. (Not that Rick bears any blame, but grief isn’t always rational).
He is one demented, sick piece of work.
::::elbowing the other broads out of the way:::::
That was him?? I went through a period where I just loved that movie...I think I still an old VHS copy.
I’m sure the Gov has a special ending coming to him. He deserves only the very worst. LOL
I’m hoping he gets munched up by a walker mob...anything quicker and I’ll feel robbed, lol.
He’ll still be alive when they eat his good eye. lol
That's a trailer for next season's premier, it wasn't supposed to be released yet......Those writers are just full of surprises aren't they?
Just when we think we've got it all figured out, its like "WHOA! I didn't see that coming!"........LOL!
Nope, that honor goes to Andrea.....LOL!
Yes he is smart, but he’s so darn weak!
Great episode! Best show on TV!
My prediction for the finale: Guv will get killed twice:
First - by Daryl. Then - as a walker - by Andrea.
Can’t wait to see the Guv’s guts get eaten!
This version is one from PBS that was part of a collection of Austen novels redone recently. The female lead a British a tress that I haven’t seen before but some of the other, supporting ones are familiar...like the actor who rents the Fashwood ladies’ cottage is played by the guy who plays Mr. Weasley in the Harry Potter movies.
There are so many versions of Austen novels, it’s hard to keep them straight but this version is fairly recent..and he (Morrisey) is rather hunky in this version...enjoy!
