I hope what you said makes more sense to someone else than it did to me. I am totally clueless when it comes to posting pictures.

My daughter had to sit next to me and instruct me step by step when I posted some pictures, and I still can’t remember how to do it.LOL.

LOL... I have lost so many brain cells that even my kids can’t help me. It’s fun to post on FR again since the new server was installed and speeds are lightening fast...

Thanks so much for putting forth the effort to give great details and pictures of the process you use for starting seeds. I am sure that it will be helpful for many of us on the thread.

Last year I was thinking that if the warmer weather was what the global warming predictions were all about,I was liking it pretty good. This year I’m wondering if they’ll go back to predicting the next ice age.

If you like wasabi, try horseradish.

Huge leaves that are edible and have a mild horseradish flavor.
But beware! Grows like a weed, and will send out roots and form new branches from them.
Loves water, so give it as much as it will take.

Epsom salts also works for end rot on tomatoes. I just take it by the handful and spread it where I'm going to have tomatoes or peppers.

It's a calcium deficiency. A couple of calcium citrate tablets poked into the ground near the stem fixes the problem with all fruits set after the tablets are in place.

Also got a copy of ‘Encyclopedia of Country Living’. Love love love this book. It literally has *everything* explained.

I used photobucket that one time. I just don’t do much of that stuff. Even when I figure it out, the next day I don’t remember how to do it.

I can’t even remember what the id and passwork I used were. I’m sure I wrote it down somewhere, but haven’t found it yet. Can’t even remember how to use the scanner.

I really have too many irons in the fire right now to try and figure anything out. Don’t have any pics to share right now anyway.

Thanks for the offer, I’ll take a rain check. Maybe this summer I’ll have some nice pics and it’ll be worth posting.

I’m ordering some earthgrow pots, for my sweet peppers. My hot peppers do fine in my raised gardens.

The mesquite beans make a wonderful jelly too, just don’t keep the jelly, even sealed, over 10 months, it turns black, as does the honey. I agree TEXOKIE, mesquite has a wonderful flavor for cooking. Mac & cheese are improved when baked in a pit using mesquite.

When did you plant the seeds for the sw. peppers?

Actually, I had some bell peppers that I babied thru the heat of the summer. We got a few small peppers to use in salads. I let them in the garden and in fall, I had to put in stakes and tie the limbs to keep them from breaking. Had a few that were larger than softballs.
