A P.S. to my last... best to put all of it into a self-administered gold IRA. You can sell coins for the gold and numismatic value at any time to then take cash from the account - or have Lear do that for you on a periodic basis, keeping an amount of ready cash available for IRA payout.

Historically this returns more to you then gold bullion.

And last - buy some silver as well, to put into the account. Many believe (and prices / availability prove) that silver will likely come close to doubling in price in the not distant future.

Really? You don't see a problem with someone else in possession of about 150 oz of your gold? How will you be able to ignore the inevitable confiscatory Executive Order? etc.

I purchase about 10 grand at a time.\
Full ounces and 1/2 ounces to make it close
Shame about that boating accident where I lost most of my gold and ALL my guns about twenty miles off Fort Pierce while skeet shooting flying fish.
