She broke up with him, and his feelings got hurt. In his mind, nobody treats him that way and gets away with it! So he set up the revenge rape.
Despicable. He should serve some time, too. It was a premeditated rape, and the ex-boyfriend was an accessory to the crime.
Basically the victim was drugged and raped because she was Cody Saltsman’s ex-girlfriend, and he wanted revenge on her. He got lots of help from the Rape Crew.
After being convinced, with some amount of coaxing - to attend the parties that night with the “Rape Crew” by Mark Cole’s girlfriend Santoro, Jane Doe was picked up at a volleyball team party she was attending in the early evening of August 11th and transported in a vehicle with Richmond, Mays and Cole in it.
Jane Doe was administered a “date rape” drug snuck into her drink almost immediately, possibly while still in the vehicle enroute to the nights “festivities”.
In any case, she has no memories after being picked up. The first party of the night was at the home of Assistant Coach Rick Cameletti, where Michael Nodianos, Charlie Keenan, Cody Saltsman, and Anthony Craig were already engaged in heavy drinking and drug use.
At this location Jane Doe was raped multiple times by Richmond and Mays and at least two other assailants from the “Rape Crew”.
At that point the “party” went on the move. They first stopped at another Assistant Coach’s home, Coach Belerdine.
Both Belerdine and his sister were present at this time.
Jane Doe was again sexually assaulted at this party. They hit the road again with an unconscious Jane Doe in tow.
While en route to Mark Cole’s house, Jane was again raped and sodomized in the back seat of a vehicle - and this was video recorded by Mark Cole who was in the front seat. Her attackers in the car were again Mays and Richmond.
Once they arrived at Mark Cole’s house Jane Doe was carried to the basement where she was again raped multiple times by multiple attackers, one of which was Michael Nodianos. Also at the Cole residence, Jane Doe was orally raped by Trent Mays.
Finally, having sated themselves and exhausted any further entertainment that Jane Doe could provide for these animals, she was unceremoniously dumped (still unconscious) onto the front lawn of the Cole residence - where at least one member of the “Rape Crew” proceeded to urinate on her.
At some point in the early morning hours of August 12th, a semi-conscious Jane Doe was transported to her home in West Virginia.

That's not what I heard or read. I stand corrected.
See my post #44. to expand on that, these kids were bought cars at sixteen and have had iPhones since they came out. We are not talking about street thugs here. These kids have always been considered the cream of the crop for this area.
Everyone in that pack including the assistant coaches should be arrested for accessacory after the fact.
Do you recall the Eastern major university whose entire football program aided and abetted one of their former assistant coaches cornholing underage boys? In fact, I believe a student assistant caught him with his penis in the boy's rectum in the shower.

The target was this girls’ soul.
Rape was merely the mechanism here, not the underlying crime.
I would have shut the PS football program down in it’s entirety for 10 years. No games, no practice, no recruiting, no scholarships. Zilch. Fired everyone associated with the program, transferred out anyone who was eligible to play, sold off the equipment and closed the doors.
Same should happen there.
Amen - this crap is in my backyard. The coach knew, other people knew and they tried to cover it up because of the football program. Drunk or not, that 16 year old was raped and then photographed with one of them heard saying something like “she is so raped right now”...really? And there are people defending these little sh$%#@??
That was Michael Nodianos. Ohio State U, where he was a student on an academic scholarship, put out a statement saying he hasn’t been a student there since Dec. 12, the last day of the fall semester. His lawyer says that all his accounts were hacked, and an attempt was made to hack into OSU to get his class schedule. He was getting death threats and had to drop out of school. “He is so raped right now.”
This is not the end of it. Next up, he’ll face a Grand Jury that OH Attorney General Mike DeWine is convening. This male sex organ acted as if he were a Kennedy. Wake up, Nodi! Time to smell the feces.
