File under: It's a wonderful world for children of elitists and crooked politicians,
Chelsea Clinton is buying a $10.5 million spread right across the street from Madison Square Park, reports NyPo. The apartment is 5,000 square feet and is located in the Whitman.
The unit at 21 E. 26th St. is four bedrooms, with 6 1/2 bathrooms, and the family room has a full view of the park.
The five-story building has one apartment per floor, and a key-locked elevator.
Chelsea, 33, and her husband Marc Mezvinsky, 35, according to NyPo, live in the neighborhood and found the building on their own while out walking.
If you can get them
Residenrial is still doable but harder
Commercial is very very difficult for small biz
Nearly all loans are 50% LTV
And underappraised
Not easy trust me
Did Chelsea convert to Judaism?
Not that the Clintons are much Christian anyhow
Edward Ed Mezvinsky, who served four years in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1973 to 1977, was convicted of fraud in 2002 and sentenced to seven years in a federal penitentiary, of which he served five.
Where did they meet???
Match.con
or on the set of Father Knows Bust
I could think of better space-use for the other rooms. A digital theater, a computer & electronic room etc. A Firearms Room would be awesome, but that NY-Shitty, so that's out-of-the-question.
People who need Vomitoriums wouldn't be on my Cheffing or Party "A-List". While being a Farmer, I'm also a Chef (CIA 80s), so if they ever used one for that, I wouldn't bother with the elevator for them, they'd go out a window. LOL.
Heck, I didn’t even know that stuff was still around. Silly me.
With 5000 sq ft the place is bound to have a “study” or “exercise room” which probably has its own full bath as well.
It is truly amazing how his fortunes improved dramatically after leaving the presidency. Perhaps he is a stock picking genius. Maybe he bought Apple when it was dirt cheap.
He must have collected on a lot of “debts”...
“Why does one apartment need six bathrooms?”
No problem...just as long as they don’t have mirrors.
The hired live in help?
That is what I figure.
Thank you both for the replies.
