This was an older truck.. I think a ‘94 Toyota, (work truck) and I have driven it. I also know that he is an excellent driver, and that had the accident been avoidable, he would have done it.
No air bag. Just seat belts. Hopefully, his experience in Deutschland gave him an edge.

We know that he phoned you, so we know that he’s alert and rational. We also know as a result that he was able to use his arms and hands, and we know that he knew enough to reassure you as his Mom. That’s a lot to know about his condition.
