Congress must act to register sausage and bacon. Anyone buying or consuming it should be prosecuted. The clandestine sale of these items must be tracked and violators prosecuted with the full weight of the government.

My grandfather was a farmer. Worked his entire life on his farm. He ate bacon and eggs or sausage almost all the time.
He died 3 months short of his 93rd birthday.
I guess if he didn't eat bacon and sausage, he might still be alive today.
