What are the amounts of the ingredients?
Well, I have a recipe around here somewhere, but haven’t used it since the first time. Put the ingredients in a quart jar. I usually just take a medium size onion cut into at least quarters. Smash 2 or 3 garlic cloves with a chef’s knife. Add a spoonful of Cayenne. Then really hot water gets added to fill the jar. Cover, and let it sit on the counter overnight - 24 hours.
Strain through a coffee filter or cheesecloth. Put liquid into a spray bottle, and add 1 drop of dish washing liquid and a smidge of oil. The oil will help the mix to cling to the plant, but too much will smother it.
Give it a few shakes before and during the spray application.
